Delivery and shipping costs
All of our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Lithuania with either of the following carriers: DHL, UPS, Venipak or LP Express post. Which carrier we use depends entirely on your location.

Delivery & Cancellation
Once the order has been placed, TECHI EDUCATION will send you an order confirmation, followed by a tracking e-mail once the package has been sent. Delay might occur on international shipping, if the package is held at customs.
Depending on the country, the shipping rates vary from 1.95-24.99 EUR. Please see country-specific rates and couriers as stated above.
We cannot reroute packages or change the contents of your orders, once they have been shipped, so please ensure your shipping details, personal information, and selected items are accurate at the time of checkout.
Please make sure to choose whether you would like to receive your order directly to your house or via a local pick-up point. Be aware that for some countries/territories, the option of having your parcel delivered to a pick-up point is not possible.
If your package has been delivered to a collection point, please make sure to collect it in time, before it is returned to our warehouse. If your package is returned to our warehouse, it cannot be re-sent and TECHI EDUCATION will not cover the shipping costs. You will have to cover the shipping costs in such circumstances.

Please note
Orders delivered to EU countries are following the rules of the VAT One Stop Shop scheme. When ordering goods for delivery outside of EU, VAT will not be collected. Depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties upon receiving your order, for which TECHI EDUCATION cannot accept liability. The refusal to pay such fees will cause a full cancellation of the order. Transportation costs and custom clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you. Import fees for orders received in United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland will be covered by TECHI EDUCATION.
We are not able to re-send an order from our warehouse. In these cases, the order will be refunded, and you are welcome to place a new order at www.techieducation.com.
