Product Warranty and Returns

Products purchased from the www.techieducation.com store can be exchanged or returned in accordance with the following requirements:

Defective Products

Defective products are exchanged or returned in accordance with the Minister of Economy’s Order No. 217 of June 29, 2001, “On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods.” In this case, we cover all costs associated with the exchange or return of the goods.

Non-Defective Products

Returns of non-defective products are only possible in accordance with the rules approved by the Minister of Economy’s Order No. 258 of August 17, 2001, “On the Approval of the Rules for the Sale of Goods and the Provision of Services When Contracts are Concluded Using Means of Communication.” In this case, all costs associated with the return of the goods are borne by the buyer.

Warranty

If the reason for the return is a defect in the product, we undertake to, at our own expense, either replace the defective product with a product of appropriate quality, reduce the price of the product accordingly, or refund the money paid for the product.

The warranty does not apply to products that have been damaged due to improper use, as well as to products damaged during shipping due to improper handling by the carrier.

Return Costs

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer.

Return Procedure:

The Buyer informs and describes the situation by email to [email protected]. The message must include the purchase document information (order code, invoice series and number, etc.); a list of the goods to be returned and the reason for the return.

When returning goods, it is mandatory that:

  • The product is in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • The product is not damaged by the Buyer.
  • The product has not lost its marketable appearance (this point does not apply if a damaged product is being returned).
  • The product is complete (as received from the Seller).
  • The purchase document is provided.

Returning the goods:

The Buyer can deliver the returned goods themselves after contacting us using the contact information on the website and arranging a meeting time, or send the goods using the services of a courier chosen by the seller.

Response to claims:

The Buyer will receive a response to their claim within 3 business days from the date of its receipt.
