For the experiment, you will need:
- AA battery
- Wire (copper or aluminum)
- Several round magnets
- Sheet of paper
- Drawing tools
- Double-sided adhesive tape
- Scissors
- Pliers
1. Prepare
Prepare all the needed tools for the experiment.
2. Put magnets on the battery
On the minus side of the battery, attach magnets.
3. Fold the wire into the right figure
Form a copper wire, according to the example given in the figure
Tip: you can use pliers to facilitate process.
4. Draw the raccoon
Draw a raccoon or other desired illustration on a piece of paper.
5. Cut
Cut the illustration.
6. Fix the illustration
Use double-sided adhesive tape to attach the drawing to the wire.
7. Spinning raccoon
Place the formed wire with a drawing on top of the battery, and watch how it rotates!
